Level 1- No assistance with daily activities such as dressing, grooming etc.
Level 2- Minimal assistance with daily activities such as dressing, grooming etc.
Level 3- Total assistance with daily activities such as toileting, dressing, lifting/transferring in and out of wheelchair etc.
